The challenge

Explore how a premium Malaysian Umrah travel agency could present its packages, guidance and preparation resources through a calm, trustworthy digital experience — with a clear path from browsing packages to reaching out on WhatsApp.

The design direction

A deep emerald and warm ivory palette, paired with a serif display face and restrained gold accents, sets a premium, spiritual tone without leaning on heavy imagery or ornamentation. A quick package finder sits above the fold, a horizontal timeline walks through the journey from Malaysia to the Holy Land, and WhatsApp enquiry buttons stay within reach throughout — all built mobile-first, since most visitors would arrive from a shared link rather than a desktop search.

In the detailsWhat the website does

  • 01Quick package finder that filters packages by budget, duration and travel period
  • 02Umrah journey timeline from preparation in Malaysia through Makkah, Madinah and return
  • 03Pre-filled WhatsApp enquiry links on every package for a fast, low-friction contact journey
